By downloading or using TrackDash Youth ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

TrackDash Youth is a track & field management platform for youth athletes ages 7–12. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Coaches and parents may register on behalf of minors.

2. Subscriptions

TrackDash Youth offers optional Premium subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.

3. Team Overrides

Certain teams or leagues may be granted complimentary Premium access at our discretion. This access is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, post inappropriate content, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

5. Limitation of Liability

TrackDash Youth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
