TrackDash Youth ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use TrackDash Youth ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: Name and email address provided at sign-up via Clerk authentication.
• Team data: Athlete names, event results, and meet information entered by coaches.
• Media: Photos and videos uploaded by team members (Premium feature).
• Purchase data: Subscription status synced from RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details.
• Usage data: Basic analytics to improve the App.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data solely to operate the App, enable team collaboration, process subscriptions, and improve the user experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Children's Privacy

TrackDash Youth is designed for use by coaches and parents on behalf of youth athletes. Athletes under 13 do not directly register or provide personal information — data about them is entered by their coach or parent. We comply with COPPA.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers (Clerk for authentication, RevenueCat for subscriptions, Replit for infrastructure) as necessary to operate the App.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting trackdashyouth.support@gmail.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App.
